RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Do remember that the products that came under the same category don’t mean they hold the same return policies as well. For all items, the return policy stated on the product page shall take preference. For any deviations to the table below, please refer to the product page's appropriate return policy for the relevant item.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.a Cancellation before shipment:

You can email our team of customer service representatives at support@sarvyog.com or make a call at 8750752335 if you would like to cancel an order or a product before it has been dispatched. The order will be cancelled and the refund will be issued within 72 business hours if the cancellation request is filed prior to the shipment.

1.b Cancellation post shipment:

Kindly email our Customer Support team at support@sarvyog.com if You would prefer to cancel an order that has already been dispatched but has yet to be delivered. At that point, they will decide if the order could be cancelled or not. Please do not accept the delivery if you've already cancelled it as if the order has already been given to the courier service since they may still try to deliver it. Within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the returned items and inspecting their packaging and condition, we will begin processing the reimbursement.

1.c The method of payment dictates how refunds for cancelled purchases are processed:

  • After we receive the returned goods, the refund will be handled to the same bank account from which the payment was made for purchases made with credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking within 48–72 business hours. It may require an extra 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account, so please be informed of that.
  • Using the billing information you gave, we will start a bank transfer against the refund amount for previous transactions. After we receive the items that were returned and the details of your bank account through email, this process will be accomplished in 48 to 72 business hours. A further 5-7 business days might elapse before the refund money appears in your account.
  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Use these methods to return an item you purchased from Sarvyog Ayurveda:

  • Email our customer service representatives at support@sarvyog.com within seven business days of obtaining your order,
  • Give your order ID details and inquire about a refund or return of your order. Kindly upload a picture of the product and the invoice for further reference.
  • Within 5-7 business days, our team will set up the pick-up of the merchandise. Refunds or exchanges won't happen until we receive the products and confirm that their original tag packaging is still intact, including all seals, labels, item numbers, MRP labels, tags, and barcodes.

There is a notable point that Sarvyog Ayurveda has an "Easy return policy" which enables you to request a refund or exchange within five business days after receiving the items you ordered. You can also submit a return request for any one or two, or all of the items in your order because we accept partial returns as well.

2.b The list of the items that cannot be returned?

In the following conditions, the items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been affected by misuse or excessive use.
  • Items returned with missing price tags, labels, freebies, or other things from the initial packaging are broken or missing.
  • Product serial numbers have been altered.
  • Products with defects that fall under the manufacturer's or seller's warranty.
  • Items that have been altered or utilized.
  • Requests for returns are submitted after 5 business days of the delivery of the purchase.
  • Returned product was provided free from the brand. 

Not returnable categories also include:

  • Customized items (such as lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc.) that are offered only during specific advertising campaigns and ordered on request are among the categories that cannot be returned.
  • Personal care products because of hygienic concerns.

Note: Kindly note that special return/refund policies may take place during particular marketing campaigns or mega-sale occasions. These policies will be listed on the advertisement banner. You can get in touch with our customer service for any further clarifications.

2.d Do we need to return the free gift also if we return the product?

YES! When returning a product, the free gift included as part of the item order must also be returned along with the originally delivered product.

  1. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM OR THE WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER?

You can ask for a return and refund if you received a damaged or flawed item from your order, or if the wrong item was shipped. Within five days of receiving the order, please take the following actions to kick off the return/refund procedure for such items:

Step 1: Within five business days of receiving your order, submit an email to our customer service staff at support@sarvyog.com.

Step 2: Give us the information for your order ID and your request to return, replace, or refund any products that were wrong or defective. Kindly attach a picture of the defective item and the invoice for our records.

Step 3: Within 5-7 business days, we will set up the product pickup. But, only if the items are sent to us in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact, the refund or replacement will be initiated.

  1. CAN I RETURN MY PARTIAL ORDER?

YES! At the item level, you can return a portion of your order. If you ordered numerous goods, you may initiate a return or refund request for any one product among them. However, the item being returned must be replaced in its whole, including all of its parts and any freebies or additional items that came alongside it.

SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY

If any of the aforementioned requirements are not completed, the field executive will decline to accept the return.
